Robert Chu: CEO and CTO

Recognizing the considerable potential of cloud and blockchain technologies in the healthcare industry and the need for better solves for care continuum and pervasive cyber-security issues, Robert founded Embleema in 2017 after a distinguished career at IBM and QuintilesIMS. Robert worked for IBM in Europe and the US for more than 15 years, serving in key technical and management positions such as Global Wireless Solutions Executive in the US and Director of Telecommunications, Media & Utilities Sector for IBM France. In June of 2007, Robert joined IMS Health France and served as the General Manager of the affiliate in 2011. He then moved to Shanghai in China in 2013 to run the Asia Pacific and China operations for IMS Health. Robert was subsequently promoted in 2015 to Senior Vice President, Global Technology Solutions, responsible for the management of a 1,400 employees and $800 million business, delivering SaaS solutions for the healthcare and life sciences industries globally. Robert graduated with a Master's Degree in Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France in 1988 and obtained a Master's in Computer Sciences shortly thereafter from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in 1990. Robert's extensive professional experience in healthcare Information Technology and relationships in the healthcare industry at the executive management level make him well positioned to lead Embleema to financial success.

Srinivas Varada: Chief Delivery Officer

Sri has an extensive experience of 25 years in the IT services and healthcare industries. Before joining Embleema, Sri spearheaded new product vision and strategy for M3 Health as President: he architected an underpinning platform which caters the needs of Blockchain, AI, and IoT product offerings to integrate the data for Patient, Provider, Payer, Plan, and Prescription. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Veeva, QuintilesIMS, Informatica and IBM. He is an avid healthcare enthusiast and instrumental in building successful products with global teams. Sri has obtained Bachelors in Electronics Engineering, from The Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India and Post Baccalaureate in Business Management, from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, and Currently pursuing Masters in General Management from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. He is a Life Member @ The Linux Foundation, Professional Member @ IEEE, @ ACM and Member @TiE. Sri has an extensive experience in Blockchain, Bigdata, Data Analytics, Hadoop, IoT, Data Sciences, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Master Data Management, and Customer Data Integration. As Chief Delivery Officer, Sri is currently overseeing the development of the Proof-of-Concept. He will then ensure the utmost quality in the delivery of our PatientTruth and other services to our users and enterprise clients. In particular, Sri’s team will be responsible for setting up and operating the adequate development, test and production Cloud and Blockchain environments, launching new Services and Service updates, and maintaining the utmost level of data privacy and security within our environments. The delivery team will also design and deliver Private PatientTruth projects for our enterprise clients.

Prashant Khambekar: Chief Blockchain Development Executive

As Senior Vice President in charge of new initiatives for Harbinger Systems, Prashant got the company started on Blockchain. He has deep experience in Ethereum Blockchain development and oversees the development of the PatientTruth Proof-of-Concept. His team has developed an Employee Verification system and a Vendor Payment system based on Ethereum. The systems are full-stack with Node.JS server-side and Meteor.JS front-end. Another blockchain has been derived from Lisk with customization of rewards, consensus mechanism, wallet, explorer, etc. Furthermore, his team is getting proficiency in Hyperledger Fabric and associated Go chaincode. Prashant is active in the blockchain community including teaching Ethereum. Prashant holds a PhD in Computer Science from Clemson University, South Carolina; his dissertation was in distributed computing.

Alex Botteri: Strategy and Operations Advisor

Alex Botteri is the CEO of Ring4. With a software engineering background, he has worked 10+years in the Software and Telecommunications industries in sales and product positions. Alex holds a MS science in Computer Science of ESIEE Paris. Based in San Francisco, California, Alex is involved in the Blockchain community, known for his work as organizer of Blockchain WithTheBest, the world’s largest summit dedicated to Blockchain. He is advising Embleema on Strategy and Operations.

Gary Zimmer, MD: Chief Medical Advisor

Gary is an accomplished senior executive in the healthcare industry, remarkably combining executive roles both in the medical and information technology areas. Prior to serving as a senior advisor to Embleema, Gary was the CEO of the clinically integrated network of Mercy Health System for Southeastern Pennsylvania, overseeing the growth of their employed and affiliated physicians and ensuring the highest level of care quality for the communities in the Philadelphia area. As Chairman for the Department of Emergency Medicine at St Mary Medical Center, Gary grew the emergency department from 46,000 annual visits to more than 70,000 while also serving as a senior vice president for the northeast group of TeamHealth, a national practice management company. Gary is a Doctor of Medicine from the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University and is Board Certified in Clinical Informatics by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. As our Chief Medical Advisor, Gary provides practical insights for maximizing the clinical value-add of PatientTruth and differentiating the user-interface from a care provider perspective. Gary is also helping the team organize meetings with Chief Medical Officers and Chief Information Officers from various hospital networks.

Konstantin Meledin: Crypto Marketing Advisor

As a recognized SEO expert at Wrike in San Francisco, Konstantin brings over 8 years of experience in digital marketing campaign design and execution, particularly in the Blockchain area where he started his first project 5 years ago.In addition to setting up and running Embleema’s marketing plan in terms of messaging design, channel strategy, target community and influencers outreach, Konstantin brings a wealth of value by connecting Embleema’s team members with other Blockchain thought leaders and experts.

Atakan Seçkin: User Experience Advisor

Atakan Seçkin is a UX designer with 8 years of experience designing digital products. Previously he worked with companies and startups like Pulse Systems (EMR vendor), Google and Gotit!. Atakan holds a Visual Communication Design degree from Istanbul Bilgi University and provides visual & structural guidance for the user interface of Embleema products.

Reuben Godfrey: Senior Advisor

Reuben has worked in sales, business development, finance, and operations roles for major multinationals and start-ups in the tech, telecoms and pharmaceutical industries globally. He has worked as a journalist and is frequently interviewed and asked for comment by tech and mainstream media as well as speaking at and hosting seminars and conferences and as an advisor to numerous successful ICOs such as LAToken and SONM. He is co-founder the Blockchain Association of Ireland and the Irish Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia and sits on the NSAI National Mirror Committee to ISO TC 307.

Jeremie Trochu: Strategy Advisor

Jeremie brings over 15 years of experience across the healthcare industry, with a unique understanding of the entire US healthcare continuum having worked with patients, providers and payers in the pharmaceutical, pharmacy services and medical devices spaces over his career. He's currently heading the global pharmaceutical development and analytical business of Catalent (NYSE:CTLT). His prior roles include head of the senior living business with CVS Health, head of sales and marketing with Omnicare (a former Fortune 500 company), and various executive management positions with GE Healthcare. Jeremie is an alumnus of EM Lyon, a top-ranked business school from France. Based on his extensive industry relationships and strong strategic and commercial expertise, Jeremie advises us on our go-to-market and marketing strategies to establish the right patient and consumer experience, and accelerate market adoption of our PatientTruth™ platform.

Mr. Bernard Gilly, Ph.D. has over twenty years of experience in the financial and biotech sectors.He co-founded several disruptive technologies start-ups and is currently Chairman of Pixium Vision(2011), EyeTechCare (2012), Gecko Biomedical (2013) and Chronocam (2015). From 2005 to 2009,he founded and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fovea Pharmaceuticals, a privatelyowned biotech company, which was acquired by sanofi in 2009. After the acquisition, he becameSenior Vice-President of the Ophthalmology Division of Sanofi until 2012. Prior to Fovea, Dr. Gillywas a partner at Sofinnova Partners from 2000 to 2005.

Frederic Duchesne: CEO of Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals

Mr. Frederic Duchesne serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceuticals Division of Pierre Fabre, serving patients in more than 130 countries. He also serves as Managing Director Pharmaceutics of Pierre Fabre Investment Arm and is a Member of the Board of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). Prior to joining Pierre Fabre in 2010, Frederic held senior executive positions at GSK in the UK and France.

Before being appointed Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG and CEO of T-Systems effective January 1, 2018, Adel Al-Saleh was CEO of Northgate Information SolutionsGroup where he developed a turnaround strategy and drove a successful value creation programacross Northgate’s three businesses. Prior to joining Northgate in 2011, Adel held various seniorexecutive positions at IMS Health (market leader in healthcare informatics) and spent the first 19years at IBM, holding a variety of senior leadership roles.
